What This Looks Like for Your Building

When we start working with a building, the first thing we do is meet with the administration. Not to sell — to understand. We ask about the building's history, current issues, waste management setup, and any constraints on scheduling.

From there, we conduct a physical inspection — every floor, every common area, every utility space. We document what we find and use that to design a program specific to that building.

The program specifies what gets treated, when, with what, and at what frequency. It is a working document that we update as conditions in the building change.

Who Carries Out the Work

Licensed Applicators

All technicians who apply pest control products hold a valid Matrícula de Fumigador or equivalent certification recognized by the relevant provincial authority in Salta.

Safety Equipment

Our team uses appropriate personal protective equipment for each type of treatment. This is not optional — it is a standard operating requirement for every application.

Ongoing Training

Pest species, product registrations, and application techniques evolve. Our technicians participate in regular updates to keep their knowledge and certifications current.
